Room was clean and comfy with a great view and the staff, especially the valet, were friendly and helped with my bags and even offered tips on where to eat nearby. The location is perfect and allows for easy access to various attractions and there’s a beautiful rooftop for drinks at night.

A little on the pricey side but still worth it

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed whale watching and explored holistic treatment classes. Food was excellent, with tasty snacks and cocktails. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Just a heads up, the room could use a blackout curtain instead of just blinds for better sleep.

One night, the pillows were too big and hard, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

1 hotel is located close to AT&T Park, making it a perfect spot for sports fans. The vibe is beautiful, with tropical plants everywhere. One service that stood out was the drop-off service within two miles – super convenient! Plus, the emphasis on wellness with the Bamford spa was a lovely touch.

I did wish for a coffee maker, though—it would’ve been nice to grab a quick cup without going downstairs. The view of the Bay Bridge was a highlight, especially at night! Overall, it was a great escape, just a couple little things could’ve made it even better.

Despite its corporate feel, the location is unbeatable for exploring the Embarcadero and nearby attractions.

I stayed in a City Two Queen room and loved the beautiful lobby area with a tropical vibe. The gym was fantastic, and the nearby Ferry Building made for a fun morning exploring the farmer's market. Overall, the hotel had a relaxing ambiance that truly allowed me to unwind.

Great spot with a cozy room. It had air conditioning, a bathrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The view of the Bay Bridge from my room was awesome, especially at night. Loved the spa facilities, with massages and bamboo surround for a chill vibe. Breakfast had fluffy pancakes and organic juices.

The staff was more welcoming than a golden retriever at a dog park, ensuring I had everything I needed for a fabulous stay. The rooftop terraces offered breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge, perfect for a sunset cocktail! Plus, the organic, seasonal dishes from the in-room dining menu were a real treat, and the breakfast croissant could rival a Parisian bakery.
